    Processing of personal data for informational use of our website

    The aforementioned data is also stored in so-called log files on our servers. This does not affect your IP address or other data that enables the data to be assigned to you. The storage in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimisation of our website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.     The above data for the provision of our website will be deleted when the respective session has ended. The data in log files will be deleted after seven days at the latest.     In addition, we collect your IP address and the time of sending. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to answer your questions.

    The data will be deleted as soon as we have finally processed your enquiries. The additional personal data collected when using the contact form will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

    You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you contact us by e-mail, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time.     As the hosting provider of our videos we mainly use Vimeo, Inc. 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York, New York, 10011, USA. Private mode is activated for all videos on the vimeo platform. This means that the videos on vimeo are invisible and no connection to the server is established when entering the website where a Vimeo video is located. When playing the videos, all you need to do is transfer your IP address to Vimeo so that Vimeo can play the video to your device. This data processing is necessary for technical reasons and is therefore carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 points b) and f) GDPR.

    Some webinar registrations and online trainings are handled by Webinaris GmbH, Bussardstraße 5, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany. Webinaris stores your data in order to send you the access data and reminders for the booked webinar or online training via email.

    Email sending with ActiveCampaign (USA)

    As a technical service provider for sending newsletters and other requested information, we use ActiveCampaign, 1 N Dearborn, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, USA, where the data is stored, used and processed.

    ActiveCampaign collects information about browser and operating system, IP address, time of access, time of opening and click behaviour. Although this information can be assigned to individual subscribers, no personal evaluation takes place, as this is not in our interest. The information is used to evaluate and adapt our offers as a whole in order to offer you the most relevant added value possible.

    Google Analytics

    We use on our website “Google Analytics”, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: “Google”). Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website (“IP anonymisation”), your IP address will be previously reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website usage and providing us with other services relating to website and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted when using Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

    We use Google Analytics only with the activated IP anonymization described above. This means that Google will only process your IP address in abbreviated form. A personal relationship can thus be excluded.

    We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. By statistically evaluating user behaviour we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

    You can prevent cookies generated by Google Analytics from being saved by making the appropriate settings in your web browser. In this respect, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.     In order to oblige Google to process the transmitted data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the applicable data protection regulations, we have concluded an order processing contract with Google. By doing so, Google undertakes to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law.
